How to play Teen Patti
The goal
Teen Patti uses a standard 52-card deck (no jokers). Each player gets three cards face down. The aim is the best three-card hand — or to stay in the round with confident play until others fold.
Hand rankings (high to low)
- Trail / Set — three of a kind.
- Pure Sequence — three consecutive same-suit cards.
- Sequence (Run) — three consecutive mixed-suit cards.
- Color — three same-suit cards, not in sequence.
- Pair — two cards of the same rank.
- High Card — none of the above.
How a round flows
- Everyone contributes an agreed starting stake.
- Three cards are dealt face down to each player.
- Players play "seen" or "blind" on their turn.
- On your turn: continue, raise or fold.
- The last player in — or the best hand at showdown — wins.
