| Rank | Hand | Example | Tie-break |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Trail / Set | K-K-K | Higher trio rank wins (e.g. Trail of Kings beats Trail of Queens) |
| 2 | Pure Sequence | 4♥-5♥-6♥ | Higher top card of the run wins |
| 3 | Sequence / Run | 7♠-8♥-9♣ | Higher top card of the run wins |
| 4 | Color | 2♦-7♦-J♦ | Highest card wins, then next-highest, then lowest |
| 5 | Pair | 9-9-4 | Higher pair wins; if pairs match, higher kicker card wins |
| 6 | High Card | K-9-4 | Highest card wins, then next-highest, then lowest |
Teen Patti hand rankings do not use suit rank (unlike some poker variants) — suits only matter for determining whether a hand is a Pure Sequence or Color, not for breaking ties between two hands of the same type and rank.
A-2-3 is typically the lowest valid sequence, and A-K-Q the highest — but always confirm the specific table or app’s own rule, since some variants treat the Ace differently.
From strongest to weakest: Trail → Pure Sequence → Sequence → Color → Pair → High Card. A useful way to remember the order is that each rank down the list requires less matching structure between your three cards.
From highest to lowest: Trail (three of a kind), Pure Sequence, Sequence, Color, Pair, then High Card. See the table on this page for the full order and tie-breaks.
The tie-break rules in the table below apply — generally the higher-ranked cards within that hand type win. If genuinely identical, the pot is typically split, though this can vary by table rules.
