Account Safety Checklist for Game Apps

A few simple habits go a long way toward keeping any game account secure. This checklist applies generally, not to one specific app.

Before you sign up

• Use a password unique to this account — not one reused from email, banking, or another app.
• If the app offers two-factor authentication, enable it.
• Use an email address you check regularly, in case a recovery step is needed later.

While using the account

• Never share your password, verification codes, or recovery details with anyone — including someone claiming to be “support.” Legitimate support staff never ask for your password.
• Log out of the app on shared or borrowed devices.
• Be cautious of unsolicited messages claiming to be from the game offering “free bonuses” in exchange for account details — this is a common phishing pattern.

If you use a shared device

• Enable your device’s screen lock and consider a separate app lock if available.
• Use your device’s parental controls if minors also use the device — see our responsible gaming page for why this matters.
• Avoid saving your password in a shared browser profile.

Recognizing account-related phishing

Common red flags include: messages urging immediate action (“verify now or lose your account”), links that don’t match the game’s official domain, and requests for your password via chat or email. Genuine account issues are handled inside the app itself or through the destination’s official support channel — not through unsolicited links. If you think your account is compromised

Change your password immediately from within the app (or the destination’s official password-reset flow), enable two-factor authentication if available, and contact the destination’s own support — Teen Patti Ink does not have access to or control over any third-party game account.
